We are seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated COUPLES to join our boarding team on a full-time basis. As a Boarding House Staff Member, you will play a key role in supporting students' personal growth, wellbeing and education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Daily supervision of students and care routines

- Supporting life skills development in a culturally respectful environment

- Overnight on-call duties (on a rotating basis)

- Coordinating student activities, excursions and house events

- Acting as a positive role model and mentor

- Supporting academic routines, including tutoring and homework

- Working closely with families, staff and leadership to create a strong sense of community

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Willingness to engage with Tiwi culture and values

- Previous boarding, youth work or residential care experience (desirable)
