We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Carindale to the next level This is a full time role, working a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

Located in one of Brisbane's busiest retail destinations, DECJUBA Carindale is all about pace, passion, and delivering next-level customer experiences. As 3IC, you'll support the leadership team in driving daily operations, bringing bold styling to life, and keeping the vibe high on every shift. This is the perfect role to grow your retail career, take on more responsibility, and lead with confidence in a fast-paced, high-impact store. WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3IC

  • You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills

  • You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
