What This Role Is About

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just punch the clock. As part of our team, you'll work on diverse door installation projects — from residential to commercial — and be trusted to deliver top-tier workmanship that stands the test of time.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Install knock-down and pre-hung frames with doors in a range of settings
  • Build frames and hanging doors in the Joinery
  • Remove existing frames and prepare openings properly
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
  • Keep your site clean, organised, and safe
  • Assess the scope of work before installation and confirm details with clients
  • Assist with measurements and material selection

Who We're Looking For

We're not interested in "$1-an-hour-more" jumpers. We're looking for carpenters who:

  • Have proven door and window experience and their own tools
  • Genuinely care about craftsmanship and take pride in quality work
  • Have solid knowledge of door fitting and carpentry techniques
  • Can problem-solve on site and communicate clearly
  • Hold a White Card and value safety
  • Bring a can-do attitude and work well in a team
