The Role

We're hiring for multiple Software Engineers to join our growing team in Sydney. We were named Startup Of The Year by Startup Daily. This is your chance to be a hands-on contributor in a collaborative, high-performance environment where you can grow your career quickly.

Your Impact

• Build and deliver impactful features across our stack, contributing to both performant frontend and scalable backend systems, and cloud infrastructure.

• Contribute to innovative AI solutions, helping design and implement new features that improve the customer experience.

• Help shape our engineering culture by sharing ideas, participating in code reviews, and supporting best practices as we grow.

• Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability, and help ensure these standards are met in your work and through peer reviews.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.

• Expertise in our tech stack or a proven ability to quickly master new technologies.

• Thrive in dynamic, high-performance start up settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative.

• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, solve complex problems, and consistently deliver high-quality, impactful results.

• Deep interest in artificial intelligence and excitement to build innovative, category-defining products.

• Regularly leverage AI tools and technologies in your workflow, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements to boost productivity and innovation.

Bonus Points if You Have Any Of The Following

• Experience designing systems for real-world users or enterprise environments.

• Contributed to open-source projects (show us your GitHub).

• Knowledge of AI workflows, LLMs, or agent-based systems.

• Experience with any of the following technologies:

  • , Nuxt, and

  • Multi-tenanted AWS deployments using Lambda, Batch, Cloudwatch, and Terraform

  • MongoDB and PostgreSQL

  • Enterprise deployments, e.g. role-based access controls, compliance frameworks, or on-premise cloud deployments
