The Deal
- $30/hr base pay — that's your floor, not your ceiling.
- Performance Bonuses (P4P) — crew averages $36–$42/hr - earning potential is uncapped
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (after 6 months)
- Most guys are on $85K+ per year after 6 months of employment (and yep, that's just working Mon-Fri)
- Tools, gear, and uniform supplied
- Full-time and part-time roles available
