The Role

Reporting to our Chief People Officer, this senior role is part of a dynamic HR team, leading solutions based, strategic and operational support and advice. As an 'all-rounder', you will be comfortable moving from the strategic to the tactical and won't mind rolling your sleeves up to get what needs to happen done, including working on strategic initiatives.

A coach to our senior leaders, this role covers the full spectrum of HR as we don't have COEs, from employee relations, rem and ben, engagement, organisational design, leadership development to DEI. You will be working directly with the executive and be a true partner – our team helps solve real business problems that have a meaningful impact.

We are a hard-working, collaborative and supportive team; we're honest with each other and have a laugh just as quickly as we jump in to help each other out with an issue.

We're looking for someone with a broad skillset at a senior level, that can turn their hand to employment relations issues as easily as organisational development initiatives. You will excel in developing influential relationships at all levels, including the C-suite. You will be resilient, pragmatic and commercial.
