Are you ready to take the lead on one of Melbourne's most exciting large-scale multi-residential projects? This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with a design-led, dynamic practice that combines the feel of a boutique studio with the backing of a national group.

With a buzzing, collaborative culture and long-term pipeline security, this role will see you leading a talented team through the delivery of a landmark $400m+ development that's about to move on site.

What you'll bring:

  • 10–15+ years' experience, ideally on large multi-residential projects
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong consultant and contractor coordination experience
  • Commercial acumen – managing project performance, writing and overseeing variations
  • Solid understanding of BIM delivery
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A calm, grounded approach under pressure
  • Some Revit competency (coordination rather than production)
