Early Childhood Teacher and Diploma Qualified Educators

As we continue to grow, we're excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Educational Leader who is ready to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to other leadership positions within the centre.

As our Educational Leader, you will:

· Inspire, mentor and support educators to elevate teaching practices across all rooms.

· Champion best practices aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

· Lead the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs.

· Support staff development through coaching and reflective practice

· Be a key part of the centre's leadership team, working closely with the Director.

· Have the opportunity to step into a management role as the centre continues to expand.

This role is perfect for ECT with a strong foundation in early childhood education and leadership experience in admin, compliance, or room/team coordination.

You'll Need:

· Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

· OR Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)

· Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS

· Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.

· Experience with centre admin/compliance is highly desirable.

· Current WA Working with Children Check
