Company DescriptionJob Description Day to day you will:
- Record high-quality sound on diverse shoots using boom and lapel mics, adapting to varying environments and background noise.
- Monitor and record audio across multiple channels during outside broadcasts in potentially challenging conditions.
- Capture clear audio in both controlled interview settings and spontaneous public interactions.
- Collaborate closely with camera operators and reporters on location.
- Maintain and troubleshoot audio recording equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Proven on-the-job experience in longer-form story production preferred.
- Ability to capture high-quality audio in varied and dynamic environments.
- Expertise in using boom and lapel microphones effectively.
- Capability to monitor and record multi-channel audio in outside broadcasts.
- Strong collaborative skills to support camera operators and reporters.
