We're on the lookout for a welcoming, dependable and experienced Barista to join our team at The Station Grocer, Lennox Head.

This is a casual position offering great rates, a fun team culture, and the chance to be part of a local business that takes pride in quality coffee and great service.

The Role

  • Start time 5:00am
  • 2–4 shifts per week, including weekends
  • $35.18/hour weekdays (for ages 20+)
  • $45.89/hour weekends (for ages 20+)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages with consistency and speed
  • Operate the register (cash and card payments)
  • Serve food including cakes, pastries, pies, and breakfast items
  • Set up the store for daily trade
  • Maintain a clean, organised coffee station

What We're Looking For

  • Coffee making experience in a fast-paced café or similar environment
  • Confident in producing consistently great coffee under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised and a genuine team player
