Service based roles will predominately focus on fault call outs and maintenance / preventative maintenance service duties, however may, on occasion, assist the projects team when they have a major install project to complete that is time critical. That will be an every now and then requirement and service will be your main focus.

Project & Install Techs will predominately focus on projects ranging from small – large scale commercial install or upgrade jobs with the job sites being both existing structures and new build construction sites.

These exciting roles will join our already established service and projects teams and  will involve working at various client sites (commercial) working with a range commercial electronic security technologies including Access Control, CCTV and Intercom systems. We are investing in the newest state of the art technologies to make sure we remain one step ahead of our competitors.

We are preferred suppliers of Salto and we are one of only a handful of accredited and approved Gallagher suppliers, so anyone with experience working with either of these brands will be highly sought after. We have in house and on the road, technical (I.T based) techs, engineering specialists and project co-ordinators (technical) available to assist you while you are onsite and provide you with expert guidance.

To be considered for these opportunities you have been looking for, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes;

• Service Techs Sound fault finding capabilities in electronic and IP based security systems
• Demonstrated experience working with IP based Security, Access Control, CCTV and Intercom Systems
• Experience working with Salto or Gallagher products will highly regarded
• Install / Project Techs Demonstrated experience working with the end to end installation of electronic security
• The ability to live and breathe our core values; integrity, respect, teamwork, fun & friendly, strong & driven and pride
• Great customer service skills, because service is everything to us
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• The desire to work both within a fantastic team environment as well as autonomously
• A valid driver's Licence, Security Licence, Federal Police Check & Working with Children Check , white card, EWP (yellow card) or the ability to get them
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
