About the role
We are seeking an experienced Acrylic Dental Technician to join our dedicated team at the Tarragindi Denture Clinic in Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to contribute to the delivery of high-quality dental prosthetics and services to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Fabricating a range of dental appliances, including complete dentures, partial dentures, splints, and mouthguards.
- Performing technical procedures from start to finish, setting up, and finishing acrylic dental work, repairs, additions, and relines
- Experience with implant-retained dentures required
- Working closely with our prosthetist to ensure accurate fit and function of the dental prosthetics
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support efficient and safe operations
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in Dental Technology
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Acrylic Dental Technician
- Strong technical skills in the fabrication and finishing of dental prosthetics
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision and independently
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any technical challenges
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients
- Commitment to providing high-quality dental prosthesis
