As an experienced Butcher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality meat products and exceptional customer service to our loyal clientele. What you'll be doing

Expertly cutting, preparing and presenting a wide variety of fresh meat products Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, offering recommendations and helping them select the perfect cuts Ensuring the meat display is well-stocked, clean and visually appealing Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards throughout the entire process Collaborating with the team to improve processes and identify opportunities for growth

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a qualified Butcher, with a strong understanding of meat quality, cuts and preparation techniques Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable experience Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety The ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the business Excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn and adapt
