What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to person for customers needing repairs, servicing, or updates on their vehicles
  • Coordinate bookings, prepare quotes, and manage job progress from start to finish
  • Keep customers in the loop with clear and timely communication
  • Work closely with technicians and warranty teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Handle invoicing and ensure payments are processed accurately
  • Full-time, permanent role with standard operational business hours
  • Half day shift on Saturdays once every month
