Rent the Roo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Sales Follow-Up Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is all about ensuring efficiency in our sales pipeline — making sure no lead goes cold and every customer enquiry is followed up promptly.

You will work closely with our sales team to improve lead management, boost conversions, and streamline admin processes. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming leads in the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or SMS.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, contracts, and scheduling.
  • Provide regular reports on follow-up activity and pipeline efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve conversion targets and overall business goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oakville NSW 2765: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Desktop administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales administration: 1 year (Preferred)
