This is a full-time, permanent leadership position based at our Paddington Boutique, requiring flexibility to optimise performance during peak trading periods, including weekends and evenings.
Role Overview
As the Third in Charge (3IC) at Henne, you will play an integral part in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and uphold operational excellence. You will act as a key leader on the floor, setting the tone for performance, presentation, and culture. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver an elevated, client-first experience.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring every interaction reflects Henne's service standards and brand values.
- Take ownership of daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and team coordination.
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing new and existing team members to maintain a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing feedback and encouragement to drive performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to align with Henne's aesthetic and seasonal direction.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock processes, transfers, and minimising discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and support with reporting as required.
- Act as the store leader when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are not present.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in a retail or leadership role, ideally within fashion or premium apparel.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a strong appreciation for Henne's design philosophy.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a hands-on approach to leadership and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
- Availability to work across weekends, late nights, and key trading periods.
