As the sponsorship Specialist based in Brisbane, you will be part of the Sponsorship team who procure, shape and deliver our high-profile sporting partnership(s).

You'll play a key role in bringing sponsorship campaigns to life, from game day activations to digital content and community engagement. You will utilise insights and data to design, deliver and evaluate campaigns, content and events ensuring they reach and attract customers to our brand, product and service propositions to deliver revenue and growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for a creative and organised marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sport, brand storytelling and creating memorable customer experiences.

You will collaborate and co-create within Marketing cross teams in the Customer Office [Product, Digital], Operations Office [Legal, Finance] and external partners [experiential, creative and media agencies], to ensure customer offers and experiences are competitive, perform and outcomes are optimised to maximum value.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of sponsorship strategies aligned to brand and business objectives
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and ensure contractual benefits are fulfilled to the highest standard
  • Drive campaign planning, creative briefing, activation logistics, and event management with demonstrated experience running competitions / promotions
  • Coordinate game day and community activations, including digital, social, and media integration – some weekend and interstate travel required
  • Track, analyse, and report on sponsorship performance to demonstrate ROI and recommend improvements

Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years' marketing experience with previous history of sponsorship campaign and activation management
  • Experience working with sports, entertainment, or community partnerships
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities with an accompanying creative and analytical mindset
  • Keen interest in ideating and managing content across multiple social media platforms
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
