We are a busy, well-established automotive workshop looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team.

About the Role:

This position requires someone confident in carrying out both general servicing and more in-depth mechanical repairs. You'll be working on a wide range of vehicles and should be comfortable with major repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timing belt replacements, clutch jobs, and head gasket repairs
• Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Undertake engine, brake, steering and suspension repairs
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and workshop safety standards

Requirements:

• Qualified Motor Mechanic (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
• Strong hands-on experience with timing belts, clutches, and head gaskets
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently
• Current driver's licence
• Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team or independently
