Step into a Team Leader role at one of Victoria's most exciting theme parks We're on the lookout for an experienced, energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Team Leader to join the team at Gumbuya World. This casual position offers a mix of shifts, ranging from morning to the occasional  evening shifts, so flexibility is a must. In this fast-paced environment, you'll be leading by example – ensuring top-tier guest service and smooth operations while maintaining a professional and positive team culture.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality or tourism
  • Must be over the age of 18 years
  • A current Working With Children's Check
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Valid VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to handle pressure in a busy service environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a diverse team
  • High standards in personal presentation and hygiene
  • Punctual, reliable and flexible – a true team player
  • Available for a range of shifts including weekends, public holidays and evenings
  • Must be available for our peak period of December through to February
