Laurieton United Services Club is a thriving and community-focused venue, proudly operating both Laurieton Services Club and Kew Country Club. We offer a range of services and entertainment options, playing a key role in bringing people together in the local community.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team at Laurieton United Services Club on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. You will be a key part of our front-of-house team, ensuring the bar operates smoothly and that all patrons enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable experience. This role also involves operating Keno, TAB, and Poker Machines. This position provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development, with the potential to step into a Supervisor role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area

Restock and manage bar inventory efficiently

Adhere to all RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) and club regulations

What We're Looking For:

Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential

A current RSA & RSG certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
