About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care that makes a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will be supported to grow your clinical skills and knowledge while contributing meaningfully to a positive team environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to develop your practice from novice to proficient level, in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements. While working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll take ownership of your actions and remain accountable for the care you provide. About You

You're a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in delivering safe, person-centred care. You work well within a team, communicate effectively, and are committed to continuous learning and high clinical standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, and completion of an approved medicine administration program.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, recognise changes in patient condition, and provide safe, person-centred care.
  • Sound knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse role, relevant legislation, and professional practice standards.
