Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor

We are seeking people who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those around them, by taking a holistic, prescriptive approach that incorporates resistance training, cardiovascular training, mobility and genuine care. Focus personal trainers, take pride in their work by providing an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impact. They empower commitment by holding clients accountable to their goals and constantly go above and beyond to encourage progress over perfection.

This role will primarily involve coaching small group ( max 10) personal training sessions and potentially 1 on 1 coaching also.

All applicants must have the following:

Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher)

CPR/First Aid Certificate

3-5 years industry experience with at least 1 year experience overs 50 and special pop)

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

An interest in personal development and growth

Be willing to work as a part and independently

Have an outgoing, positive personality

Must be confident working with a diverse range of people

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
