Active Auto Sportique (AMSOIL Australia) is seeking an Enthusiastic Customer Service Agent all-rounder to join our team located in Homebush West, NSW.

Job Type: Full Time

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Processing orders by Phone, Email and Online
  • Providing quotes
  • Freight & Courier management
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Data Entry
  • Receiving and pick up of goods
  • Social media account maintenance
  • Forklift Operations
  • Basic marketing
  • Website maintenance
  • Basic maintenance and general housekeeping
  • Stock control through stocktaking
  • Trade show operations
  • Other tasks as directed from time to time
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and practicable work environment, adhering to OH&S requirements

Desired skills

  • Excellent Phone Manner
  • Motivated to provide excellent customer service
  • High Level Attention to detail
  • Ability to Maintain a clean work environment
  • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Computer Literate - Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage

  • Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn new tasks efficiently
  • Can prioritize any given workload
  • Drivers Licence an advantage
  • Experience with / Love of Cars / Engines is an advantage
