What you'll be doing -

- Provide expert hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments, with a focus on women's hair and extensions.

- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalised styles and treatments.

- Maintain high standards of salon cleanliness and organisation

- Work closely with team members to deliver a seamless and unforgettable client experience.

What we're looking for -

- Minimum of 3 years' experienced hairdresser, familiar with cutting, colouring, styling and treatments, with a strong focus on women's hair and extensions (wefts and/or tapes).

- A love for delivering exceptional client experience & hospitality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Current hairdressing license/certification (preferred, not mandatory)

- Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification

- Experience with advanced colouring techniques including balayage, highlights, lowlights, and colour correction

- Proficiency in precision cutting techniques for women's hairstyles

- Current working rights in Australia
