About the role

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team at Clyde Accident Repair Centre' in Clyde North, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, using industry-leading techniques and equipment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully assess vehicle damage, follow relevant job sheet applicable
  2. Use specialised tools and equipment to straighten, reshape and realign vehicle panels and components
  3. Perform welding, cutting, and metal finishing to restore damaged areas
  4. Apply filler, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting
  5. Collaborate with the paint team to ensure a seamless finish
  6. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  7. Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience and qualification as a Panel Beater
  2. Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and industry standards
  3. Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
  4. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications
  5. Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
  6. Valid driver's licence and your own tools
  7. Experience in ibodyshop not essential but would benefit
