We are a proudly locally owned floorcovering business with the largest stock selection in the Mackay & District region. With over 40 years of industry experience, our family-run team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, quality products, and a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

We're now looking for a motivated, hands-on team member who takes pride in their work, brings a positive attitude, and wants to grow with a business that truly values its people. If you enjoy being part of a supportive team that feels like family, you'll love working with us.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Receiving and dispatching goods
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Assisting clients and providing excellent service
  • Preparing carpet, vinyl, and tiles for installation
  • Creating and maintaining showroom and tile displays
  • Keeping the showroom and warehouse clean and organised
  • Supporting our installation team with deliveries and manual tasks
  • Monitoring stock levels for accessories and installation materials
  • Maintaining safe work practices at all times

Hours
  • Monday–Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 12:00pm

Skills and experience

  • Successful applicants must have a Drivers License
  • All training completed onsite
  • Must be able to lift 25kgs without support and stand for 8+ hours.
  • Enthusiastic and reliable.
  • May lead to a floorcovering apprenticeship.
  • Perfect for school leaver or first time role.
