Job Title - Senior Business Analyst

Job details

The department is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support multiple Tier 1 projects, initially embedded within the NTR Rebuild Project and transitioning between projects as required. The contractor must demonstrate flexibility to operate across complex and evolving program environments. The role will support the management of requirements across policy, business, data, user, and ICT work streams. The Business Analyst will be expected to engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and continuity across project phases.

Key duties and responsibilities

The key deliverables of the roles include:

* Participate in workshops and meetings with internal (project teams) and external stakeholders (partners) to gather requirements and confirm deliverables.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse, clarify, elaborate, and document requirements.

* Document and resolve requirements issues and distinguish solutions from business requirements.

* Produce documents, process maps, user stories and other artifacts to effectively capture and present requirements.

Essential criteria

1.Demonstrated experience of the services required, and capability and capacity to provide the services described in the Job Description.

2.Experience working with complex IT systems, including an understanding of system interoperability, database structures and data flows between systems.

Desirable criteria

1.Understanding the context of this role/project within the deliverables of the department and/or experience in a government agency.

2.Experience using Azure DevOps.
