About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Gardener to join our team at Elevate Lawn & Garden Care in Knoxfield, Victoria. This full-time role will involve maintaining and enhancing the gardens and outdoor spaces of our commercial and residential clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out regular lawn mowing, edging, and maintenance
  • Pruning, trimming, and shaping trees, shrubs, and hedges
  • Planting and caring for a variety of flowers, plants, and other greenery
  • Weeding, mulching, and fertilizing garden beds
  • Clearing pathways and removing debris
  • Monitoring the health and condition of plants and addressing any issues
  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Cert 3 Horticulture/Landscape or in a similar horticultural role
  • Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and landscaping best practices
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to undertake physical garden maintenance tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Reliable, punctual, and with a positive, friendly attitude
  • MR License preferred
