About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit kitchen brigade as a Full-Time Chef. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that highlight the best of regional ingredients and deliver an outstanding dining experience for our valued guests.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of hot and cold dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
• Ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Guiding and supporting junior kitchen staff to uphold kitchen excellence

What We're Looking For

• Formal culinary qualifications and minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant or cafe setting
• Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality dishes and deliver excellent customer satisfaction
• Strong knife skills, advanced food preparation techniques, and knowledge of multiple cooking methods
• Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
• Passion for locally sourced, seasonal produce and innovative menu development
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

What We Offer

• Competitive annual salary: $77,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience
