About the Role

We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Overnight Crew Members to join our team at Hungry Jack's Fortitude Valley . Overnight Crew Members play a vital role in maintaining smooth restaurant operations, providing great service to our late-night customers, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and ready for the next day.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at all times.
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble food and beverages to company standards.
  • Operate registers and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including dining, kitchen, and service areas.
  • Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Assist with restocking, cleaning, and preparation tasks during quieter overnight periods.
  • Work as part of a supportive and motivated team to achieve targets.

About You

  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
  • Able to work overnight shifts (10pm–6am, including weekends and public holidays as required) .
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on food safety and cleanliness.
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred but not essential).
