BREADS is proudly part of the gourmet fine food emporium at Ferry Road Markets. Owned and operated by The Standard Market Company, we are passionate about delivering premium, artisan products crafted with skill and care.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Baker (Full-Time) to bring their talent and skill to our busy team.

The Role

You'll be hands-on in producing a wide range of gourmet artisan breads and baked goods, including:

  • Sourdoughs, Casalingas, gluten-free ranges, Turkish breads, pies, and baguettes
  • Hand-moulding and shaping doughs using traditional techniques (we don't use pre-mixes)
  • Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team
  • Overnight shifts starting from 10PM
