Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with sales duties as directed.
- Social media marketing;
- Assisting in developing marketing materials
- Working with buyers and undertaking negotiations.
- Liaising with vendors and buyers; and solicitors.
- Effectively capturing all business activities via LJ Hooker's CRM systems
- Conducting open for inspections.
- Prospecting: including advertising, telemarketing, promotions and networking.
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Must have Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
Experience is preferred, however, if you don't know real estate that's ok because we'll teach you, but you must have determination, a strong customer focus and the drive to succeed. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays. Ideally you will have a sales background.
