About The Role
We're looking for a part-time Inventory Planner to support our Inventory Planning Manager in maintaining seamless stock control. This role is ideal for a student studying Supply Chain Management, someone with logistics or warehousing experience, or an Inventory Planner looking for a new opportunity. With flexible hours across three days a week, this position offers the chance to develop valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Reporting To The Inventory Planning Manager, You Will

• Manage stock levels across key inventory categories, including coffee, tea, packaging, and accessories.
• Monitor shipments and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Forecast demand to prevent shortages and maintain consistent supply.
• Cross-check invoices and freight details, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supplier agreements.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Excel proficiency (including ability to populate pivot tables and formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-check data accurately.
• Good communication skills - working effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• A customer-first mindset - understanding that every supply decision impacts the end product.
• A proactive approach, with problem-solving skills and a focus on efficiency.
