We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join one of Australia's largest industrial refrigeration companies. The role can be based in either Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide, with the ability to travel interstate to visit project sites.

About You

You are an experienced and qualified mechanical engineer wanting to work for one of Australia's leading industrial refrigeration companies You will ideally have at least seven (7) years experience as a Mechanical Engineer; backed with undergraduate qualification's in a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Your exceptional technical ability is supported by excellent commercial acumenYou have highly developed communication skills that enable you to communicate and build effective relationships with customersYou want to expand your refrigeration knowledge further You have a strong commitment to safety and want to be supported by the company you work for You will have experience in industrial refrigeration working on Ammonia-based refrigeration systems You value great communication at work and want to know what is expected of youYou want to work with a team of exceptional and highly skilled people, who are dedicated, and foster a fantastic work environment

What You'll be Doing

Providing refrigeration engineering services for a diverse range of industrial applications. Designing refrigeration systems that meet the requirements of the client Provide technical information and advice to all areas of the business Support our Project Managers to organise, manage project labour and the delivery of materials, plant and equipmentUndertaking site inspections throughout the project to ensure optimal outcomes and performance are being achieved Working on diverse projects and solutions – you won't be doing the same repetitive work over and over again, and every day will have a new challenge.Providing quality services to a variety of industries, including logistics (cold storage), manufacturing, food processing and beverages
