About the roles
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Wait Staff / Front of House / Bar Staff & Kitchen Hands to join our team at La Porchetta Bendigo. A number of positions are available from part-time to casual roles. Each applicant will provide exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our family restaurant. Junior Staff are welcome to apply.
Wait Staff / Bar Staff
- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking customer orders and communicating them to the kitchen
- Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Handling cash and card payments efficiently
- Responding to customer queries and addressing any concerns
- Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required
- Working together with other team members
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to work effectively in a team and on your initiative
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
