Because our company is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and high-energy individual with a proven track record with in - person sales. Your job will entail helping builders complete line marking in outdoor and undercover car parks.

** Based out of our offices in Kirrawee, this position presents flexible working hours and great earning potential. We will provide industry specific training to compliment your natural sales ability.

Work closely with our admin and operations teams

Be pro-actively sourcing new leads and servicing existing clients

Be willing to work after hours when clients are available to see and speak to you

Participate in ongoing training and development

COMPENSATION:

This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance.

Monthly income potential for full-time work is $8K 12K+

If you're average you will earn 100K per year

If you're a superstar you will earn 150K+ per year

TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING:

** Speaking to builders and taking them through the process of choosing and installing line marking and car park fixtures

** Using a specialised software to put together quotes for car park line marking fit outs

** Working with your sales manager to ensure the highest return possible on your time and effort with new enquiries

** Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM: Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills:

** Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with potential clients. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.

** Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients concerns will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.

** Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our companys sales manager. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.

** Team Oriented: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your team mates is essential more sales converted equals more income for you

** Self-Starter: Because you will working independently, time management and efficient handling of your own schedule will be important.

** Consultative telephone/in person sales experience is a must.. Full training will be provided and this position has an immediate start. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales position

Preferably, experience in the trades and construction industry

Good computer skills (you will be putting together fit out plans for our clients)

Familiarity with CRM practices

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritising, time management and organisational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
