About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full/Part-time/Contract Physiotherapist to support our existing team located in Kanwal (adjacent to Wyong hospital). Join our team of Physiotherapists that have a distinguished reputation within the community.

Mentoring is provided as an interconnected web between the 15 physios within the KPR network with weekly telehealth in services, fortnightly hands on therapy practice within each clinic.

We do care for you, how:

  • Flexible days and timings (You might have kids to drop to school or like to pursue your hobbies other times, when not working or just a beach day)
  • You will have 1 hour lunch break, we figured out over the year that half an hour is not enough (I need a nap or walk after my lunch)
  • Ample time to make sure that all the paperwork is done and you go home with no burden or stress of work.
  • Regular team catch up and lunches.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal and rehab patients
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients, and improve their well-being
  • Follow treatment protocols from surgeons and doctors next door

About You:

A naturally empathetic individual, you will be able to balance between patient care and business needs. Some Physiotherapist experience is ideal but full training will be provided to the right candidate.

For senior role candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years of physiotherapy experience.

In order to succeed in this role, you must possess the following:

  • Able to work independently as well as in team
  • AHRPA registration and indemnity insurance
  • A passion and desire to work in a MSK private practice setting
  • Able to work independently and mentor junior team members
  • Able to develop good professional relations with referring doctors and other allied health
