Dental Receptionist

About the Role

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

• Jandakot and Claremont locations

• Fortnightly roster, working at both clinics

• Front of house role, greeting patients, processing payments, scheduling appointments

• Responding to queries by phone, email and in person

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent communication skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Works efficiently and prioritise tasks

• Professional and well-presented

• Strong work ethic

• At least 2 years experience in a dental reception role

• Experience in orthodontics viewed favourably, but not required
