Service & Parts Administration – 6-Month Maternity Leave Contract (Potential to Go Permanent)

Our Roma dealership is looking for a proactive and personable Service & Parts Administration to support our Service Department for an initial 6-month maternity leave contract, with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person.

Working alongside our Service Manager, workshop team, parts department and customer care function, you'll help keep the wheels turning by coordinating bookings, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations.


What you'll be doing:
  • Greeting customers and delivering exceptional service across phone, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Scheduling and managing service, maintenance and repair bookings
  • Tracking repairs throughout the day and keeping customers updated
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Building rapport and resolving customer concerns professionally
  • General administration duties including filing and sublet invoicing

Training and ongoing support will be provided.


About You:

You don't need dealership experience — we will train you — but you will thrive if you have:

  • A genuine customer service mindset
  • Clear communication skills and a friendly nature
  • Strong organisation and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • A team player attitude with confidence to work independently

Experience in automotive or agriculture industries is an advantage but not essential.
