The Opportunity

We're currently seeking reliable and safety-focused TMA Operators to join our growing team. This is your chance to play a vital role in protecting road workers and the public while supporting major infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do

  • Operate Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA) in accordance with traffic management plans
  • Set up and pack down traffic control devices
  • Ensure safety compliance at all times
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records and vehicle logs

What We're Looking For

  • Valid TMA Operator accreditation - Essential
  • Current Traffic Control tickets - Essential
  • HR driver's licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
