Join a well established and growing company, We seek a Full time Industrial Spraypainter to become a key part of our team at our premises in Campbellfield . Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of industrial spray painting experience. The successful candidate should be available to commence with flexible timing arrangements.

What We Offer:

A minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for time and a half and double-time pay during the week and on Saturdays when required.

Full-time position with superannuation, annual leave, and sick leave.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who has minimum 3 years of experience in spray painting heavy vehicles, equipment and structural steel.

Previous experience with bodywork is helpful.

Experience in Industrial paint specification work would help but is not a necessity.

Forklift licence is helpful but not necessary.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Punctuality and dependability, with the ability to start work at 7:00 AM.

A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Commitment to delivering high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.

Appicant must be able to work well with others in a positive team enviroment and have good house keeping skills.

This role comes with a 3 month probationary period.

What You'll Be Doing: In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the restoration and painting of trucks, heavy equipment, truck bodies, heavy trailers and structural steel. When needed, you'll also assist with other workshop services, such as sandblasting, prep work for blasting and painting, cleaning and organising.
