What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven skills in baking - 3 year minimum. Formal qualifications are a bonus
  • Productivity: Ability to reproduce recipes and improve on productivity
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial baking environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.

Your Role:

  • Prepare high-quality, volume gluten free sweet & savoury bakery lines
  • Follow recipes, using your experience in quality and production
  • Maintain SQF hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Ensure timely production and shift volume requirements while maintaining quality.
