About the Role

Reporting to the Process Improvement & Drafting Manager, the Configuration Officer plays a key part in maintaining and improving our ERP system (Epicor), with a focus on product codes, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and engineering data and process improvements. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure configuration accuracy and support process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product codes and BOMs in ERP System
• Administer Engineering Changes and Deviations
• Ensure data integrity of part information within ERP system
• Develop and maintain user guides for ERP system (Engineering focus)
• Complete bespoke BOMs within 2 working days
• Upload standard drawings, manage part revisions, and troubleshoot engineering part errors

About You

• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
