About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and community minded Local Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to help strengthen our local presence and grow our customer base.

In this hands on role, you will be the face of the brand in our local area, connecting with businesses, schools, and community groups to build awareness, drive in store visits, and create meaningful relationships.

What You will Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, sporting clubs, and community organisations.
  • Plan and execute local promotions and partnerships, that attract customers to the store.
  • Distribute marketing materials (flyers, posters, vouchers) and ensure visibility within the community.
  • Support our social media presence with local content, photos, and engagement updates.
  • Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities aligned with brand goals.
  • Track engagement, customer feedback, and promotional results.
  • Report weekly on activities, outcomes, and customer growth progress.

Your Goal

Increase weekly customer count through consistent, localised marketing and strong community connections.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the food, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Confident communicator with excellent people skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Proven ability to drive engagement and deliver results.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who's proactive, creative, and passionate about community connection.
