Receptionist /Housekeeper

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist/Housekeeper to join our team at Paradise Tourist Park in Tamworth, NSW. This is a casual role with flexible hours, making it ideal for those seeking a work-life balance. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all who visit our park.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and friendly manner
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
• Assisting with housekeeping duties, such as maintaining the cleanliness and presentation
• Handling cash and card transactions for bookings and other purchases
• Providing administrative support, including answering phones and managing reservations
• Promoting our on-site facilities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or holiday park environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from all walks of life
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts
