Are you a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager with a background in cabinet making or joinery?

Carrera By Design – one of Sydney's leading high-end joinery companies – is seeking a motivated leader to take charge of our factory operations and drive excellence across our production team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of the joinery manufacturing process, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit current processes, implement systems, structure, and production efficiencies to improve workflow and accountability.
  • Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure timely, high-quality joinery output.
  • Manage stock control and oversee ordering processes to prevent delays.
  • Uphold quality control procedures to ensure defect-free output.
  • Supervise and mentor all factory staff.
  • Coordinate production schedules and allocate resources to meet install deadlines.
  • Liaise with the operations manager, site supervisors, draftsman, and office staff to maintain and improve workflows.

  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a solutions-based approach.
