Position Objective:

Community Care Cleaners (CCC) provide housekeeping, domestic cleaning and in-home laundry services utilising a range of materials and equipment to restore or maintain a clients' home, in a clean and hygienic condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing clients domestic assistance, including (but not limited to) sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathroom & toilet, cleaning kitchen, changing bed linen, using washing machines and dryers, hanging and removing items on/from washing line, folding and ironing clothing and other items

Exercising care with client's cleaning equipment, following procedures according to manufacturer's instructions

Liaise with other St Carthage's services in relation to the provision of services to the target group

Maintain client confidentiality and accurate written documentation

Facilitate client feedback and respond to feedback as per the organisation's policies

Identify and meet client needs through the delivery of services or by providing information and advice on additional services provided by St Carthage's Community Care
