Senior Documentor (high-end House)

Location: South Melbourne

Wang Architects is an emerging architectural practice based in Melbourne with a strong focus on design excellence. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Project Architect to join our team in Melbourne, predominantly working on our bespoke housing and commercial fit-out projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of Australian architectural experience

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential

  • Strong technical and construction knowledge
  • Ability to independently run projects with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering bespoke residential projects
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in design development, documentation, and construction stages
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Collaborative and proactive work ethic
  • Must have the right to work in Australia

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to construction stage services
  • Collaborate with the broader project team
  • Execute design ideas with clarity and precision
  • Conduct quality control and ensure adherence to design standards
  • Manage documentation and coordination tasks
