About you

We're looking for someone who has a positive and fun attitude, is proactive and can influence change through our accredited and non-accredited learning programs. Someone who can inspire personnel growth and challenge thinking to get the best learning outcome for individuals.

You'll be passionate about continuous self-development and learning to help deliver the highest training standards, whilst being a strong team member.

About the role

As part of our human resources and training team, you will be utilising your teaching skills and expertise to assist in achieving the goals of the company for progression and succession of our people.

You will be providing a wide range of assistance across stores, and state office to influence and support new and existing learning initiatives. Our team is focused on enabling our team members with learning solutions to assist in achieving the aspirational goals of the company. This is a great opportunity to implement your teaching skills that impact improvement processes to make a real difference in the workplace.

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Deliver, assess and support accredited training in line with the VET Quality Framework
  • Develop and facilitate learning programs aligned with the Retail Training Package
  • Liaise with stakeholders to promote and coordinate training across stores and departments
  • Conduct workplace assessments and monitor trainee progress to ensure learning outcomes are achieved
  • Adapt learning to suit diverse needs and provide additional support where required
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Evaluate and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
  • Integrate training with career development pathways across the organisation

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) or the willingness to obtain this qualification
  • Experience delivering training within a retail or fast-paced environment
  • Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • A proactive, professional and results-driven approach
