Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation

THE POSITION
- Pride, precision & passion for producing quality foods in a structured environment.
- Provide input into the day-to-day operations of the kitchen: food cost, portion control, labour cost, productivity, and wastage.
- Role-model behaviours and provide direction, training and development to those less experienced
- Championing on-site food safety, HACCP accreditation and WHS.
- Exceptional communication skills: both written and verbal.
THE PERSON
- Ideally having some leadership experience with relevant trade qualifications
- Competence in using business technology such as stock control systems, spreadsheets, accounting systems.
- Provide input for budget targets, KPI's and reporting requirements.
- Confidence to work autonomously and self-manage time effectively.
- Impeccable HACCAP and food safety knowledge
