Chef Supervisor

Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation

THE POSITION

  • Pride, precision & passion for producing quality foods in a structured environment.
  • Provide input into the day-to-day operations of the kitchen: food cost, portion control, labour cost, productivity, and wastage.
  • Role-model behaviours and provide direction, training and development to those less experienced
  • Championing on-site food safety, HACCP accreditation and WHS.
  • Exceptional communication skills: both written and verbal.

THE PERSON

  • Ideally having some leadership experience with relevant trade qualifications
  • Competence in using business technology such as stock control systems, spreadsheets, accounting systems.
  • Provide input for budget targets, KPI's and reporting requirements.
  • Confidence to work autonomously and self-manage time effectively.
  • Impeccable HACCAP and food safety knowledge
